The short answer is, if you can produce leads and get deals under contract as the retail market gets stronger ( transitions from buyers market to sellers market ) you can sell your wholesale deals faster and for more money.

go to REIA's all sorts of folks will use you to bring them deals. wholesaling for most is a dead end.. really depends on your goals.if you want in the industry you may want to think about getting licensed and work your way up.. get on a big producing team and make money while you learn.. wholesaling your all ON YOUR OWN reason 98% fail at it.
