We always use closed cell spray foam for our basements as well, which keeps moisture out (or forces it directly into the drain tile system, if present).Hopefully this information is helpful and the header description above makes more sense.

Most guests are fine with these options as it provides about what you would get with basic cable but also making sure you are very clear in your description for your listing so if they are surprised by no cable you can show Airbnb customer service where it’s not listed as an amenity.
