Well, almost as if fate was toying with me, a friend of mine messages me and says that there is a group of the Georgia Army National Guard deploying to Afghanistan in a few months, and that as an officer you would make your full salary, tax free, plus combat duty bonus pay, and have effectively no expenses as all your food and housing is covered by the Army.

My question is when you find a good CPA and you want to keep on your master mind team and have them work hard on your portfolio and let’s say their office charges x dollars is it common practice to give them a generous tip or am I crazy for thinking about taking that approach ?

Then for credit checks I require all applicants to download credit karma and show me the app 600 minimum (not the most important factor) if their background is clean and income is above 3X the rent amount good credit is just a bonus.

They can write up the contract and take their half of the sellers fee and then perhaps I can give a bonus to my "core" agent for doing grunt work (going to the the home and taking photos, talking to the listing agent etc..)
