With all the numbers being so big in DC you can achieve financial freedom with just a handful of properties, I am quitting my W-2 job next month because I have replaced my 6-figure W-2 income with rental income from just 5 properties.

I love what is often said on the podcast about financial freedom and independence, and how that allows a person to live their life the way they want to with intention.I, like many of you, am a hard worker and that can easily turn into an imbalance that's detrimental to my wife and kids.

Hey guys,I want to achieve financial freedom through real estate, currently, I have $9,000 I know it now a lot of money, I live in Dubai on a working visa, but I am ready to do whatever it takes to be successful real estate investor, I am thinking to go to another country because in Dubai it's hard to own a house or even a flat. 

I am trying to gain financial freedom but not sure the best strategy i should do; any suggestions would help.

I work a 9 to 5 as a Data Analyst, but right now I am very interested in wholesaling for 3 reasons: I love to help people, I can learn the real estate business with hands-on experience, and It will bring me one step closer to achieving financial freedom..I am also interested in getting a multifamily and becoming a landlord once I move to Arizona.

We’re looking to generate passive income long term that will provide for some financial freedom from the “rat race.”In the meantime, we’re reading and researching and will be developing a business plan in that time period.Interested in networking with any locals as well on here.

The advantages we have being in Manila are: great savings, freedom to choose an area to invest in, and we can invest 2 months during the summer in full time focus on real estate.  

With that being said, I only work with investors' who's goals are to achieve financial freedom/househack so for my experience it's always been about the numbers.

It is all about the pursuit of financial freedom!

Having that over your head doesn't create peace of mind or financial freedom.
