You may also see older heating and cooling systems, roofs that have a bit of wear and tear and parking lots that need repair.

I know I can go drive there, look up the school systems, check crime, and etc.. but I want to hear from *you* guys - How do you like investing there? 

Condition: Roof leaks in a couple of places, floor around the commode in the master bath is week and sinking, Central HVAC system does not work, mold infestation as a result of the recent SC flood, and the house is full of junk as the seller was a hoarder. 

How old is the roof, major system:, hvac, electrical, hot water heaters?

My point is use a software program to collect email address, just get there permission to opted them into the system.

However, FinCEN is modernizing its SAR filing system and intends to establish a uniform electronic form for use by all financial institutions with a SAR filing obligation.

They have a good system for seller and buyer to communicate and also provide escrow service and collateral review/verification.

Im asking for a little help on butting a system together.

Has anyone ever challenged this system or have an attorney you can refer me to help with something specific like this?
