I shouldn’t drive over to see the house unless I have a proof of funds letter from the lender, but I can’t get a proof of funds letter unless I know what the rehab/repair costs will be if that will be included, and I can’t get the rehab/repair costs unless I get inside the house.Am I reading too much into this conondrum?

We do rent to a few 20 year olds but they all work in the toyoda plant 45 minutes away so no much partying after a long day and drive time.

I am optimistic about the growth of this neighborhood also although it is a cash flowing property and I am not counting on appreciation alone.

If DFW were able to land Amazon then the growth and continued appreciation is eminent. 

I'm constantly on the road, driving as far away as Florida or Montreal every other week and Podcasts help the 10 hour car rides go by, and there's nothing better than learning while doing something monotonous like driving.
