I guess I have a different take on this whole DIY verses hire it out debate.

Their aesthetic quality is debatable.

My wife is Asian so our home is governed by some Asian traditions such as my dirty shoes come off at the door therefor causing my feet to be cold if I were walking on ceramic tile and that's where my mind was on that debate.

Same goes for number of LLCs and what to fund them with, since bear in mind that CA tends to be more cumbersome and expensive to have LLCs than other states.Any lawsuits should be limited to the assets of the LLC and not your personal assets (assuming you run the LLC appropriately and the corporate veil is not pierced, some debate as to SMLLC).

Less then this is all shades of grey pain in the butt and debateable value. 

I live in Moore county and this has been a hot debate in our area at the moment.

Debate is ongoing and one to follow of younarebhoise shopping  (president even mention "more houses on the market" possible)..
