Does  anyone has any metrix/data on the class information for various DFW suburbs ? 

I pay 16% management fee, but that includes all maintenance calls, snow removal, lawn care, rent collection, evictions, inspections, rental-ready, picking up trash, cleaning.

At this stage I doubt the city is worried about quick turn around to collect taxes. 

@Sandeep Gangadhar Property Management is probably the most important member of your team, since they represent you in front of the customers, in front of the contractor, in front of legal, they also collect the rents (financials)..etc.

What data are you using to determine the rental info?

I only have one property so far that is under FHA and collect rent from it.

I probably will handle the leasing and rent collection.
