Another reason is that we have basements with wood subfloor in the main living space. 

In addition, a separate living space/500 sq ft area that was built in hopes to convert to an ADU that the former owner never got around to.

The work was all done by a reputable contractor that I know and trust.The roof is a little wavy and there are multiple gentle slopes in the house, one of which doesn't allow the bathroom door to close properly.I had someone come out to the property today to check the crawl space but the new vinyl siding covers the access so it looks as if I won't be able to see it before buying.

I haven't done a ton of these deals myself, but have had a lot of clients in this space over the years.

Hello I’m extremely new to this space and idea.

After living in a condo by myself because i was a big bad 22 year old who deserved his own space, i started learning about real estate and traded in my $1200/mo payment for a house hack that gave me a 3-bed unit all to myself for only $300/mo out of pocket.

A nice mix of glamping sites and permanent structures well spaced over ~100 acres.

Much of the highway has already been relocated to accommodate for the new space.

I have a friend who got a couple at Space Coast FCU.
