This hasn't caused any slow downs for our operations.All deals on moving on as usual, with slow downs coming at the county levels. 

@John Teachout exactly right, the binge buying is causing the need to binge buy.I found some on Peapod but had to schedule a delivery 11 days out.  

Unfortunately, COVID-19 is causing America a lot of stress and a lot of people are losing a lot of money because of it. 

Meaning, will the energy compliance and green building criteria cause me to have to do more work to the existing structure.

If I send a text message (or email) and request a confirmation, then a sketchy tenant (whose unit I would like inspect above all others) will ignore the request, causing me a dilemma of not being able to proceed with my inspection as planned. 

Maybe this could cause a fall in prices for investments in NY... time will tell. 

There are a lot more moving pieces when you do a full gut rehab that can cause unknown costs and problems, while a more moderate rehab can be more predictable.
