Also check from both ends of the heating element to ground (the metal chassis of the dryer), some elements can break apart and short to ground that way.A "classic" dryer will have at least one regular thermostat, located somewhere in the air flow, that switches the heat off and on as the dryer runs.

Caution on speculative developing raw land - - you can get burnt real bad.Suggest a marketing plan and presentation that you use to find that Anchor tenant and get them under contract before breaking ground.I'm sure you know the Anchor is the key here and w/o one, it will all wither and languish. 

Eventually you'll realize these start to break down into "jobs" or "roles" in your organization.Finally your Mission is the the task at hand.

Quit breaking the law and get a job that pays "above the table" and pay your fair share of taxes. 

So right now it breaks down to $140 lot rent and then $60 for water,sewer, garbage for a total of $200 lot rent.
