The unit was boarded up with plywood, and is a few blocks from the beach.  

The areas are block by block and it changes fast in some areas for the bad.

I noticed in Atlanta that hedge Funds were going in buying blocks at a time instead of one house at a time.

Well there seems to be no (for the common good of the American Public) need for this, vs. there is a need for credit scores.So given that, you'd have to wonder what and how it would be used, and what measures would the government take to block it.To me it seems predatory on the American People.

I have done a number of renovations, it looks great and is probably one of the nicer homes on the block now.

I recently moved to olde richmond, a small sliver of neighborhood north of fishtown. development is on just about every single block.

The appraiser visited earlier in the week and found water in the basement and cracks in the cement block wall foundation.
