Com company but after people in Illinois area connected to me on linked in they blocked me. 

There is not a lot of inventory on the MLS, courthouse foreclosures are going for retail prices, and homeowners are receiving 10 letters from different investors.  

The building is concrete block and previous owners built on the side of it another "Wooden frame" store front which is "attached".Each unit is being rented out under market value, and decent condition.The property does not have a CO (calling town this week) but is in working condition and fully rented out. which is strange?

Eventually I did find one but now I can add him to the other 4 banks I have pre-approval letters for.

If not, I do not know how much effort and resources it would take to buy a list of properties with delinquencies to send yellow letters to but I gather a lot of patience & persistence is crucial with this approach. 

I’ve been working for the USPS as a mail processing clerk for the past three years - I handle and organize letters and packages (via methods of machine sorting and hand sorting) for the carrier routes the next morning.Overall, the post office has treated me well, putting fairly decent checks in my pocket with some pretty sweet benefits to go along with them.

They might still avoid certain streets and blocks of course ...I try to avoid oil heat; just because oil prices are down now does not mean it will last.

Yellow letters?

Straight to the Marion County Assessors Webpage,then ended up with 10 Owner contact info and County Assessments...On to Real hand written Yellow Letters! 

Whenever you are sending out direct mail and letters do you use your personal address, po box or llc address because i have not formed a llc yet ????
