beginner question here, lol - what does ifttt stand for?

Maybe it was skill and maybe it was beginner's luck but they don't know the difference yet.Same goes with my contributions here on BP.

@Jean Bolger I agree, except that I think real estate is for everybody, beginners, experienced and seasoned investors.

I'm also a beginner, looking for my first property and planning to get into multifamily properties.Congratulations on your success for last year!
