Does anyone know what the difference between the following are regarding probate cases:1) Informal Probate of Will with Appointment of Personal Representative2) Filing of will of deceased no petition3) Informal Appointment of Personal Representative4) Formal Adjudication of Intestacy and Appointment of Personal Representative5) Voluntary Statement6) Equity Petition7) Equity Complaint8) Equity - Partition9) Formal Probate of Will with Appointment of Personal RepresentativeWhen I am at the courthouse going through records these appear to be case types however I am trying to understand what each mean, so I can hone in on people who have real property to dispose of.

This person (the guardian) is appointed to watch over their interests.

Either get the relative appointed PR and attempt a short sale or find an opportunity that makes sense.

I do have some knowledge about how wholesaling works but I would like to have a mentor to guide me through the process and to go on a couple of appointments with me.  

For example, I have a VA get foreclosure appointments from the county website so our letters will get to them first. 

So my question is, Do I send him the pictures I have & then go for the appointment for him to see the house in person?

I found only one motivated seller and one owner that made two appointments, so i could look and the property, and never showed up.

Said to me if probate cant appoint her as the executor where she can make the decision then it wont ever be sold.

But they HAVE to respond that they will be as well 30 minutes prior to the appointment.

Very high show up rate for appointments.
