How much was it to replace a bath tub/shower or just a stand alone tub or walk in shower?

Replaced the back porch/deck, painted inside and outside, put new carpet in it, added raised planter boxes and added plants around the front of the house.

@Jesse Rodriguez the limit of coverage you should decide on depends on your risk tolerance and property characteristics.Risk tolerance Example - If you have an old roof, an Actual Cash Value policy may only cover 50% of the replacement of it. 

. - When I replace a roof, I'm replacing 1 instead of 3.The list goes on and on, but those are some basic examples.

Once the whole thing tanks, I would replace with a unit that doesn't have a water dispenser. 

Especially since they're family, that could create a hole in your cash that can't be replaced for a long time. . .

I want to put our old microwave, coffee maker, etc in the apartment and replace them for us, new.
