My wife and I are currently living in a TINY apartment with our 1 year old baby girl, and are expecting another.

My thinking was more along the lines of the thousands of baby boomers who will be living on only social security and will be priced out of the housing market.

The stock been into uptrend for long time now and with all political changes, baby boomers , auto loans and more then maybe a market correction is coming within the next year or two.
