I’ve been doing a lot of research, listening to podcasts, reading books, and a lot of google.

I googled it and found this on Realtor:One simple, somewhat passive way to find the best real estate agent is to identify which agents have the most listings in your area.

I understand this is a pretty lengthy post however I feel if any platform can aid me this is the one.

Likely will get sued as medical conditions such as late stage AIDS, etc. that prohibit vaccinations ARE a protected class. 

@Erica Hutchinson you should be able to Google Fannie / Freddie conforming loan limits and look up your specific county.

Also, the Google street view image capture is from may of 2019 and the embankment looks the same just less vegetation; since then we’ve had a 5.1 earthquake, a lot of rain last year and several hurricanes so while I would like to have a wall there at some point it doesn’t appear to be in any immediate danger...Thanks again for all the replies and opinions!

After a couple google searches I am seeing that the survey costs about $10k which may not make it worth it in my case.

I don't know current costs or your area, so I would suggest a google search for a local company.
