The hardest part of buying property in Catskill/Coxsackie is getting contractors , be it painters, Mason’s, tree people etc, plumbers , electricians , just for that you need a local property manger and John Perri is your guy.

There are some plumbers, electricians, lawyers, and even investors who are not the best in the industry.

How I found out was I had an electrician come out to put a second meter on.

You should definitely start looking to create a network of vendors who know you and who can handle all the different jobs (plumber, HVAC guy, electrician, refinisher, handyman for specific jobs or demo, painter, roofer, glass vendor, etc.) because these folks can make or break your business.

Any electrical should be run by a licensed electrician.
