Garage Renovation Contractor Recommendations

Hi St. Louis community,

I’m new to real estate investing. Just got my first deal - a duplex in south city. I’m psyched!

While the building is in great shape, the garage needs work and is not automatic. I’d like to get an electric opener installed. Any recommendations for contractors would be greatly appreciated!

Also, projections on cost would be appreciated.

Thank you!

You probably don't need a General Contractor for a garage door opener. Just call any local overhead door company. (They'll tell you the cost.)
