I was wondering if anyone knew of a real estate brokerage company that is investor friendly in the Phx area?

I did enquiry with some insurance company but lot of not providing insurance to rental house. 

We just did a portfolio review with our insurance company this afternoon.

As for the rodents, call a company and have them come out and deal with it...take photos before and after so if the tenant does something (ie puts out more rice), you can show that the tenant is deliberately doing things to attract rodents.

I am hoping to get a few tips on first, how do you get the conversation started with leasing companies or agents?   

I'm planning to buy one of their lots of 500 m2 but not sure if it's safe to buy with this company as there is no information or reviews in the web about Viventum or Sustenthabit which is the company behind this development.I gave the reservation fee but before signing the contract and give the down payment I'd like some advice.Any advice would be appreciated.

It's crucial to find a trustworthy agent and then enlist a reliable company to manage the property, especially if you're not local.

Most PM companies do self showings.

However, this morning, the lender called me saying he no longer works for the company and they are switching lenders.

i would search google for prefab companies and speak to a few reps to how they're systems work .
