Most wholesalers are not waiting for sellers to find them online which knowing you will have a brand new site, this will take a long time to be found by sellers.I think you should spend a few bucks working on direct mail and going after possible sellers to specific lists.

Why Fannie makes a distinction between an LLC and a Corp / Sub S, I don't know and it seems odd to me, but so long as I can clear my borrowers slate and do a brand new 10 conventional loans for them at great rates, sounds good to me!!!
