Is there certain way you guys shop insurance policies or is there another type of policy out there that I don't know about? 

To exclude our military members from the American dream of homeownership, is downright absurd.Now, I can see in one-off situations that if the listing agent knows that the property condition can't pass VA, they could exclude it right on the listing to save everyone's time, and that would make sense. 

Winter Park, if you can afford it, is a really lovely place to be with many amenities; a good mix of college student focused shops and some fancy shmancy big name stores.

the date today is 2/28/20...... so apparently they are predicting the future "suspicious" activity on my ATM.....needless to say I didn't click the link in the email...I then logged directly on to my bank to double check and all was good....I bet i am one of the few Americans that has a checking account but does not have an ATM card.. never liked those things.

We subdivided the property and have all company trucks, trailers, equipment and a Shop.

I am wondering what would be the best scenario to get the best rates in a mortgage:Either contact as many banks as possible before starting to make offers or contact them after your offer has been accepted and you have a specific properties and the bank/lender can lock their rates for some time.I worry that with few days and many other deadlines shopping around after might not be enough.Would you also recommend contacting a mortgage broker?

Not sure who your current insurer is but I use an insurance Broker for some of my liability policies and I also use American Family who writes Business Policies on some of my rentals.
