Where are you now?! Motivation Friday!
Hi BP, happy Friday!
I'm sitting here at a coffee shop about 1.5 hours away from my fix and flip where a new lead came in for me to check out. I Wanted to share a little of what motivates me to work to reach my real estate goals everyday. Take a look and reflect (every week) at what you have accomplished up to today. Whether by locking down more deals, or types of deals you've made; to the creative negotiation or marketing you have accomplished. Each and every day you work towards your goals you're one step closer!
I started at the end of 2018 with one thing, determination. My business partner and i decided to look into real estate as an avenue to the pursuit of our life freedom and haven't looked back since. Our backgrounds helped, but doing the work (seeing houses, analyzing deals, networking, networking, networking, creating friendships with like minded people, etc.) and gaining that momentum everyday lead us to where we are now. SO DON'T GIVE UP!
I Want to hear from the BP community what motivates you and keeps you going? What accomplishments and milestones you have noticed that pushed you to the next level?
AND
WHERE ARE YOU NOW?!

@Andres Galeano JR im currently on my first BRRRR and its exciting the way it works. Its cash heavy up front but pays dividends on the back end. Im ready to get this SFR done and move into a MF property. I was nervous thru the whole buying process although ive bought a couple of personal houses before. To anyone new and wondering what to do, JUST DO IT. Its honestly that simple. Make a plan and attack. Its easier than you think.
This time last year i found BP and the podcast and it forced me to reevaluate my finances and showed me the way thru real estate.
