More specifically, if we wouldn't live there by the time it's done then we did something wrong.

What happens in these misunderstandings is that something goes wrong either in the sale or after, and then they sue you for some statement you made that they “misunderstood”.

I am a newbie investor and want to know if the above math sounds right, or if I'm missing something and my numbers are wrong, specifically if the cashout amount is correct, again ignoring fees.

Assuming there is a flexible assignment clause in the contract to begin with, and wholesaler #1 is honest with the seller and wholesaler #2 is honest with the buyer, what could go wrong?

I don't know how I got this fact so wrong.
