While pursuing financial freedom is a worthwhile goal, it is not the end goal, but only the beginning.

If signed into law it just does not allow low income tenants to be put out from dec 31-march 31  - they are also looking into rental assistance programs etc  As always high appreciation areas make it worthwhile to deal with some of these tenant friendly policies  and I am very sure the RE industry is working hard to make this as “landlord friendly” as possible 

If you want people to die so badly, at least make their death worth while.

I want to have time to dedicate to whichever worthwhile cause is most important to me at the time.
