You can even just call the lady in charge of it and she seems to know her stuff.

Ladies and Gents, I'm evaluating an east coast to west coast move, and am debating whether or not to sell my current residence (single family home) or to rent it (and while that's an entirely different discussion, but my current question factors into that discussion). 

i have a question so me, my girlfriend, & my friend are trying to get a 2 bedroom apartment & we were just told we won’t be able to be rented to cause none of us are related & cause that all 3 of us can’t stay in that apartment together. the lady told us me & my girlfriend would have to be married & my friend would have to be related to me for us all to stay together. so what the occupancy standards in louisiana & was she telling me truthful information cause from our conversation it didn’t seem like she didn’t know what she was talking about. prior to me asking about all of us staying together i asked what if me & my friend were to get the apartment she said they would accept me but my girlfriend couldn’t stay & vice versa with my girlfriend. what are the occupancy standards in louisiana?

I funded it with a local from Charleston within hours.. as it was a no brainer.so one of the guys was kind of persistent.. he then had me call some lady in FLA so I played along asking for the broker etc.. gave me the name of a company that quasi came up on google.. but it was in Boston.. got ahold of the owner in Boston.. he was way pissed as he has been getting a lot of calls.. then the lady of course with a FLA phone number claiming to be in Atlanta.. says just send us 500 and we have 2,000 private lenders in our data base and we will match you right up.. 

I never see anyone there and I'm never home when the mail lady comes to ask her.

My tenant, the one on the lease is a nice older lady, but she let's people take advantage of her, she is an enabler.

After offering nearly a dozen deals that include seller financing, the lady just really wants to get rid of it in a conventional manner.

It's an estate of a 100-year-old lady that died last month.
