What he is likely saying is that lenders don't like to waste their time doing all the due diligence and paperwork for smaller loans when they can do the exact same work on a larger loan and make more money, thus, any loan is likely easier to get in the $250k range than it is in the $90k range.

Chances are they wont give you all the details without you providing proof of funds as to not waste their time, but then again you never know...until you ASK!

Please don't waste your money. 75% of the time was spent on lecturing the class that if you don't have a mentor you will not be successful in RE investing so don't waste your time.

Wanted to buy a house for myself but since I'm never around I felt it would be wasteful, last year with interest rates and housing market so low (before i even knew about BP!)
