It was basically a wash.

I'd be scared they would have the heat at 80 all winter and using the front water faucet to run a car wash in the summer if they didn't get bill.

Washing walls or other components prior to painting likely would not result in a disturbance of painted surface.

I thought they would be harder to break and easy to bleach and wash between tenants.
