When do you find it necessary to hire people to do things like accounting, incorporating LLC's, acquisitions, (if you own out of state do you have someone manage the local property managers?)

Make sure to put the property in the LLC if you go the commercial lending route. 

In my midst of talking to Brokers to hang my license I am forthright with them in the fact that I am also an investor and I will continue to do deals under my LLC on my own time and that I have company insurance.

I want to make sure my assets are protected so I would like to know some opinions on what types of insurance I should have and when it makes sense to transition to a LLC because I currently own the properties personally.

Create a Nevada LLC - (or any state that offers owner anonymity) i.e. 

I would love a solid recommendation of the lawyer who can help us do a simple transaction of transferring our property into an LLC.

Should we start an LLC with both of us on it? 

We have recently established LLC, subsequently purchased an investment property in the state of New York but because of LLC being relatively new  my husband had to guarantee the loan to finance the property.

I actually failed to mention the HML will only lend to LLC.

Am I protected if I load the properties into an LLC?
