My take on the first attorney responding with only payment in full will satisfy them is the attorney playing hardball.  

Wondering if anyone has been able to start evictions or has any updates on evictions in PA/Lehigh Valley area in the last couple of months.Have a tenant that has not paid since November, stopped responding to calls/messages, and not made any attempt to work out a payment plan or communicated that they are facing any sort of hardship due to COVID.
