Should I be reporting rental income & expenses separately during the two time periods, (before and after moving them to LLC) or can I just report the whole year of income & expense together under the LLC?

I'm also having difficultly with monthly reports.. when i export to CSV (w/ Airbnb) for monthly reports it exports to an Excel spreadsheet that is not the most convenient to use.   

Read a report recently that 2019 outlook for Houston is very positive with mentions of over 100K of new jobs and the residential and commercial real estate sectors continuing their positive numbers.

Hi @Chris Berry.For the last decade or so, we've obtained credit, criminal, and eviction reports from SmartMove by TransUnion.

She may be ignorant to the fact that this will be on her credit report and background chrck for years to come.

The reports are 40-90 pages long and go through the entire house in great detail.Get an appraisal.

Signed leases, IRS tax filing returns from 24 months back with often <75% of reportable income.
