I have a verifiable (via independent title company property profiles and affidavits from the licensed and bonded escrow company) track record, and I am not offended when asked to produce it prior to consummating a deal.  

Craigslist produces mostly scammer responses.  

A good problem would be having 100 single family properties producing you cashflow.  

I just completed my first income producing property deal.  

Plus the volume you would have to produce.

What avenues have others taken that have produced results?

There is just no telling which approach will produce the greatest amount of desired results until you try it.

Even an MLS listing as a rental will produce similar results that you are receiving now.

I have the inspection report saying it was treated in march 2013 and the contract expire in nov. 2016.
