The windows are the responsibility of the HOA and of course, all the owners that paid for their windows to be replaced or repaired want reimbursement from the HOA - a nightmare!

I attended a class in which I was going to invest $25,000.00 (I know very, very, very silly) to learn all about the ins and outs of REI and was given a software by mistake that can generate all Cash Buyers, Pre-foreclosures and Foreclosures in ALL AREAS/STATES!!!

Seller has not had to pay taxes in years since it’s currently zoned as AG1.The property has been Pre-Approved Rezoning to Allow for Sub-Dividing and Building 2-4 Homes.There is currently a single family home on the property there now, built in the 1950s, but will have to be torn down.
