In my opinion it looks nice when it is new, but it doesn't age well especially in wet or damp areas like kitchens or entries or anywhere a bull mastiff might be.I am sure you already know this, but any standard year lease will have a clause allowing for termination of tenancy if you sell the property.Two big dogs will make it really hard to show.I see you are in Sacramento.
