Hi folks,Hope this is the correct place to open this kind of post.I have been using FB ads for a few weeks now and my main problem consist in a very low conversion in my landing page.

The Tile Shop took 10% the other day without batting an eyeLowes has a contracting desk, these folks are actually pretty helpful and sometimes knowledgeable about construction (depends on who you get).  

If you're looking to build your network and surround yourself with like minded folks in the area, I highly suggest you come to the next CREIA meeting, held the second Monday of each month.

Last time I used them was 3 yrs ago...and for the young folks and Millennial's and in this fast paced high tech world 3 years is like 100yrs.

Post back with specific questions and folks will jump in and lend their insight.

Nothing you have stated so far would disqualify these folks for me and I would also do the following.1) turn over every rock on them.

Out of courtesy I let my folks know I'll be around as well.  

I want to know if any of my fellow Brooklyn folk have recommendations for handyman/contractors to do a small job.

Also that many times folks owe a lot more to a lot more people than is immediately apparent or than they disclose.Also I hope that your relative doesn't know that 1) you have all of the money available to help them, and 2) that it is in your sole control.
