WA State Landlord Right of Entry
Hello BP! I'm a new landlord in Washington State. I've looked up the RCW's regarding right of entry but I can't find specific rules about coming onto the property to do outdoor maintenance. Does anyone know if I must (by law) give notice to my tenants to do things like mow the lawn or clean out the gutters? Or do the notice rules only apply to entering the actual house or apartment? While I plan to give notice out of consideration, I'm wondering if there is a legal obligation.
