I'm using RedX as my cold calling platform. 98% of the numbers are either wrong numbers or no one answers.

Companies relying on the crowdfunding exemption would be required to file an annual report with the Commission and provide it to investors.Crowdfunding Platform/Intermediary Rules Funding Platforms must register with the Commission on new Form Funding Platform, and become a member of a national securities association (currently, FINRA).

All of this sounded legit when you read through their documentation.  

Just wondering what you guys have got to say on this.Most crowdfunding platforms are still in the US and only allow accredited investors.

I understand that there is a PDF version available, but Kindle is my preferred platform for organizing and consolidating my reading material.

If it is really legit and I do get to talk to these investors, I would be able to ask questions and build relationships with them. 

I have some Midwest lawyers who can handle 2-3 states, but was hoping there is a law firm that has a national service platform for small RE investors.
