Has anyone heard of FlipFestUSA?!?!

I have the opportunity to pay a $179 fee for an event that Flip Fest LA is hosting, which include celebrities like: Josh Altman, Dave Seymour, Tarek and Christina El Moussa, etc. In this event it is described that I get the opportunity to network with big time real estate investors and that really pumps me up because that is something I am willing to pay for. If it is really legit and I do get to talk to these investors, I would be able to ask questions and build relationships with them. 

Now, I want to know if anybody has attended any of these events and would like to know if it was worth your while. Did you really get the opportunity to talk to investors? 

Please give me your feedback, I'm not judgmental or anything, I would just like to know the truth about this event. Thanks.
