Someone here on BP shared his Realtor had been living in his home without his knowledge.

So far, market reporting tools like Airdna use traditional industry terms, such as ADR (average daily rate) and RevPAR (revenue per available room night) which require knowledge of occupancy.

Also, hiring a knowledgeable framer to come look at the wood to see if it will be ok after it dries.Anyone have experience or some knowledge they could share when it comes to water in crawlspaces?
