I'd say it's very well worth the money, but it won't be if your real estate aptitude is low as with most deal making operators on internet sites, it's just a fact, if you're a small deal maker, small investor strategist you're probably not prepared to take in all that can be had.

Here is a list of what I am wanting thus far in a boat- a nice teak interior that doesn't need sanded or varnished- enough sleeping space for 6, and there are plenty of boats for that- cockpit area that offers plenty of seating- a diesel engine that looks like it is in great shape- a good generator, hefty water maker, a washing machine, a water rinse at bow and stern, a place for diving gear, well I could go on- enough seating inside where everyone can eat without touching elbows too much- this will be a live in boat so it needs to be somewhat comfy- I really like the teak work on say the Hans Christian boats, here is a nice 52 for sale for $245,000.00 which is in my dream budget.

Greensboro Deal Makers session (where wholesalers present their properties to investors etc) is on the first Tuesday of every month at the Embassy Suites off Hwy 68 near I-40 & there's the Triad REIA meeting on, I think, the 1st and 3rd Tuesday @ Logan's roadhouse on Wendover.

As Landlords, we want our Tenants to care for the property as though it is their own, but when they make owner decisions as a non-decision maker, it is bad news.Your lease language should include verbiage about obtaining permission from you before making any changes.
