You don't need to know everything to get started; you need a foundation to build on and the rest will come through experience and then refining your education.You can build a basic understanding of investing in 3-6 months.

Training or experience are the only safe approaches.

Also anyone have crazy experiences with these "litigators" it sounds unreal some of the stories I've seen.

Most of the work is being done more at the handy man level of experience.

If a cash out refinance, many lenders will allow the cash out to satisfy the reserves requirement.DSCR lenders generally let you vest either individually or as an LLC.

Its nice to want to go after larger multifamily properties but if you have no experience with them, you are not gonna get the money unless you have a friend or family member or a very large downpayment. 

This again puts another $6-$20k in my clients’ pockets and getting a more personalized and boutique experience rather than being just another number.

I would highly recommend bringing in an advisor or broker with specific experience and knowledge in this asset class.I have seen many of these parks trade hands on a handshake and a dream, however, you could be taking a huge gamble if you don't get microscopic on the front end.
