It would be interesting to hear from some of the frequent posters that are here to do hard money ( how many deals they get on BP) Your 100% correct anyone who is up and running and doing deals generally has their marketing outlets.. ( at least in robust markets) however for the mid west guys and rust belt who's business is success is dependent on out of state investors  its a pretty cheap way to get your product to market and get a few leads...

I'm not sure why he did that other than perhaps wanting to work in comfort while he tended to his plants.And lastly he installed 20 wall outlets in the walls.

I think it's highly invaluable to have a centralized location for lead generation, lead follow up, marketing campaigns, and publishing single property sites to multiple outlets seamlessly.  

I read that they can chew crown molding, electrical outlets, walls, paint, carpet, EVERYTHING.

And they always have fresh flowers to take home.

Removing all the little stuff like outlet covers, door knobs, cabinet doors, etc....and then putting those things back in place after the work is done.

Okay, how are you going to deal with news outlets comming to BP and reading posts of some newbie that posts about some scheme or even unlawful strategy and use it for another agenda??????????????
