It would be interesting to hear from some of the frequent posters that are here to do hard money ( how many deals they get on BP) Your 100% correct anyone who is up and running and doing deals generally has their marketing outlets.. ( at least in robust markets) however for the mid west guys and rust belt who's business is success is dependent on out of state investors  its a pretty cheap way to get your product to market and get a few leads...
