Otherwise, they will use a prorated historical average (which is for a fully occupied apartment), and you'll pay more than the actual use.Lastly, I would recommend against the "leave on for landlord" feature.

Does Air BnB or VRBO have a feature to automatically adjust to dynamic pricing?  

The inside of that house looks like one of the homes featured on the show, "Hoarders".

There was a webinar feature on BP with an investor in South Jersey and it was mentioned that in S Jersey in the big tourist areas that there is a major supply for short term vacation rentals but not really for long term rentals which makes it a great opportunity to invest in!

What I'm wondering is whether or not we should spend ~$700 on putting in some basic smart home features?
