Our teacher for the real estate exam class claims that veteran agents usually make around 3 times the amount I'm currently making per hour.I'm not a veteran agent obviously but the point is, if I continue down that path then I will end up in a place where my time is worth 3 times as much as it stands now.

Although I am a Realtor and have access to the MLS and can see old listings, I have seen that Redfin has been pretty reliable as a #2 option.All in all, you want to compare properties with as many similar features as possible and be aware of the obvious outliers, with the main culprit being size difference (You really don't want to compare a 3000 sq. ft. house with 3 bedrooms to a 900 sq. ft. house with 3 bedrooms).

It makes it easier to get rid of them if/when the problems continue. 

I plan to continue to work with the HVAC company that installed the unit. 

I believe that home rates ill continue to go up for how long unsure. 

Your house will pay for your car and the continue to pay you after your car has been paid off.

I would buy close to the ferry, and only pick a building that is cash flowing at least enough to cover expenses.Oh, and I might have found a 'deal" in San Francisco, but it's a single-family home which would require me to Airbnb out two rooms continually to help with mortgage.

My wife and I are also missionaries and preparing to do missions but need cash flow for continuing missions.
