I am wanting to develop a commercial property. I have ran the costs and it will be about a 4 Million dollar Deal... A 4 MILLION DOLLAR DEAL!!! How the heck am I suppose to get that money from lenders let alone have the confidence that I will be able to have confidence making my money back, especially being in the military making only $42000 Net worth?

@Giovanni Luna a development deal takes a long time to get the asset cash flowing and is more of a longer term play.

Consider rentals, flips, wholesales, notes, existing multi's, etc. for cash flow NOW.

Good luck!!
