Have any of you experienced a difficult seller like this?

I wanted to take a few quick moments to just say hi and that I look forward to being able to contribute to discussions as i become more experienced. 

When banks were paying a higher rate on their deposits than they were collecting on their loans2008 financial crisis- where a mortgage was $500k on a house that is now worth $100kWith all that being said I have personally never experienced a true, nationwide downturn.

I'd appreciate any advice and direction from an experienced real estate investor.

As many have probably experienced, you'll conduct your "research" and find favorable possibilities and still be hesitant to pull the trigger.

I’m sure more experienced BP members will be able to chime in on this.

I am experiencing difficulty in this area, as I am off on my ARV's & would need the investor's insight to make a more precise offer to the seller
