I have been slowly shifting into the world of CRE and I’m seeking to work under an individual or a team of professionals in the commercial space to learn and grow in the world of real estate investing.

I remember growing up in memphis and going to the military.

Here are a few resources that can help-ABCs of real estate, The Best Ever Podcast With Joe Fairless, and podcasts such as The Multifamily Take-Off, Multifamily Mavericks, The Michael Blank Podcast, and The Real Estate Monopoly Podcast (this is one that my brothers and I started). 

The good news is that cashflow is only one piece of the wealth-growing puzzle.

Since theses last few years have been statistical anomalies when it comes to home value surges, I wouldn't count on values growing at the same pace. 

It's an inexpensive market, but don't fall for cheap opportunities that look good on paper and details left out concerning the location and the vacancy rate.With the proper guidance, you can grow a successful portfolio with the right team.Feel free to connect if you have questions.

My main need starting out is a reliable way for tenants to send payment and I believe learning the software now will help me as I continue to grow to 5-10 units in the years to come!
