There are two schools of thought.1) Least money down/more money in the bank: If you are not worried about monthly payment, least money down is a big hit.

Any follow-up thoughts I should be aware of that you can think of?

So I have 3 STR (3.5%) that are avg $60,000 annually in gross rentals and want to scale but w/interest rates higher, I don't want to cash out refi...any thoughts on how to leverage these assets to purchase 4,5,6 property's?

Any honest thoughts on whether it's a good idea?
