Once that list comes up, pull up the tax records for that house and it will show you who the cash buyer was (along with a mailing address).

I THINK what I am supposed to do, is get the address of the properties that are listed with delinquent back taxes and actually ride by them to see if they are vacant... or mail the alternate address to address the homeowner.
